We do our very best to pack and ship your order within three business days from the time your order is placed, however, as we are a small startup sometimes this period can be longer. We aim to always keep you updated with the latest information online. The length of the shipping period depends on the destination, once the package has been shipped these are estimated delivery times below. You will also receive a link where you can track your order all the way to your door step.

Can I change the address of my order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, we’re not able to change the address of the order. However, we want to accommodate your requests as much as we possibly can, so please send us an email to: hello.sendanote@gmail.com, and we’ll try our best. Please note that changes cannot be guaranteed.

Is it possible to return my order?

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer the possibility of exchanging your order at this time. As we’re a small company starting out, we do not have the possibility to accomodate these requests at this time.

Once you have placed an order, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

What should I do if my order is lost?

Please make sure that you check with neighbours, in your lobby or outside your delivery address first. If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your postal service provider.
